Can we keep our existing email address?

If it is on your own domain, yes. We move the mailboxes and the mail in them, and keep the old setup available until you are happy everything arrived.

Do we have to host our website with you too?

No. Email-only hosting is fine, and plenty of customers take just that.

Why does our email keep going to spam?

Usually because SPF, DKIM and DMARC are missing or wrong, so receiving servers cannot tell your mail from a forgery. Setting those records up properly is part of the service.

What happens when a member of staff leaves?

The mailbox belongs to the business, so you can close access immediately and keep the correspondence. That is the main thing a free personal account cannot give you.
