Is it really free?
Yes — completely free, with no sign-up. We built it to help you understand your PC, and to make booking a repair easy if you decide you need one.
Is my data safe?
Your results never leave your computer unless you choose to share them. When you click “Book a Repair”, only your device specs and any issues found are pre-filled into our booking form — never your personal files or passwords.
Will it change anything on my PC?
No. It only reads your system's health information — it never changes settings, deletes anything, or installs software.
Why does Windows warn about the file?
The app isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show an “unknown publisher” notice. Choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”. We're adding a signing certificate soon.
What are the requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). For battery, temperature and SMART drive details, right-click the app and choose “Run as administrator”.
