Steve founded Dead or Alive Technology to provide honest, skilled repairs without jargon or pressure. With extensive hands-on experience across hardware, software, and specialist repairs, Steve oversees diagnostics and complex repair work, ensuring every job meets the company’s standards.

Peter handles a wide range of day-to-day repairs, from common faults to more involved issues. Peter works closely with the lead technician to ensure repairs are accurate, reliable, and thoroughly tested.
