Had a great experience at Dead or Alive. Steve managed to permanently fix a laptop id had repaired three times elsewhere and who had advised buying a new laptop. Steve also upgraded my ram and saved me from forking out a hefty amount as previously advised. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic news experience. I went in thinking I needed a new Charing port. A quick clean later and all the lint was removed and the lightening cable slotted right in. Fast, friendly service. I will be visiting again!

My laptop screen decided to give up working . Thought that this was going to need a new laptop then found out about dead or alive just about three minutes walk from my house .
As I had a fall about three weeks before and ended up with a broken scapula gave Steve a phone and explained my dilemma , no problem Steve came to my house and picked up my laptop .
Four days later Steve was back with laptop working perfectly and only charged me for the cost of the new screen.
Do yourself a favour and any computer problems make dead or alive technology your first choice for great service , friendly staff and great pricing , it will always be my first choice .

Very good service! I bring my son keyboard for repair and they did a great job. The guys are very friendly and the repair was super fast. Very efficient work. If you need computer repair, go there. 5 stars!

I brought in two laptops to get repaired. One had a cracked screen, the other had a windows error and wouldn't start. Steve was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. Repairs done promptly and no further issues. I would definitely recommend Dead or Alive for all your PC Repairs

Recently brought my laptop in for a simple driver update malfunction, not only did he fix the issue in one day, but he repaired my screen without charging extra!
