Whether you’re dealing with a cracked screen, a battery that no longer holds charge, liquid damage, HDMI port failures, controller drift, or stubborn software issues, our team of expert technicians is here to help. Every device is carefully diagnosed, repaired using high-quality parts, and fully tested before being returned to you.

Fill out our online repair form with details about your device and the issue you’re experiencing. A non-refundable £14.99 delivery & handling fee is required upfront to begin the process.

Once the form is submitted and payment is made, you’ll receive instructions to drop off your device at your local DPD drop-off point. This fee covers delivery to our repair centre and return postage with secure packaging.

Need door-to-door collection? Contact us – this service is available at an additional cost (POA).

Our technicians will diagnose the issue and provide a quote. If you approve the repair, we’ll get to work using high-quality parts. Once completed, your device will be returned to your chosen DPD drop-off location.
