Welcome to Dead or Alive Technology Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking a repair, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site and our services.

3. Services Offered
We provide:

  • Consumer electronics repair (PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, consoles)
  • Refurbished device sales
  • Custom PC builds
  • Business IT support and solutions
  • Collection and delivery of devices for repair (Wishaw, Central Belt, and UK-wide via courier)

4. Warranty Terms
We stand by the quality of our work. All services and products include the following warranties unless otherwise stated:

  • Repair Labour Warranty: 30 days from the date of completion.
  • Refurbished Devices: 6 months warranty*
  • Replacement Parts: 12 months warranty*

*Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or service report. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Warranty excludes:

  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid ingress
  • Software corruption or virus-related issues
  • Tampering or third-party intervention post-repair

5. Diagnostic Fees
All repairs are subject to an upfront diagnostic fee:

  • Standard devices: £25
  • Liquid-damaged/PCB-level devices: £35
    This fee is deducted from your final repair cost if you proceed. It is non-refundable if the repair is declined or not possible.

6. Payments
We accept payments by:

  • Debit/Credit Card (in-store or online)
  • Bank Transfer (Revolut Business)

Full payment is required before return delivery or collection of any completed repair.

7. Turnaround & Delays
Estimated repair times are provided as a guideline. Certain delays may occur due to:

  • Parts availability
  • Device complexity
  • Supplier backorders or delivery issues
    We will keep you informed of any delays where possible.

8. Liability
We take every precaution during repairs, but cannot accept liability for:

  • Data loss (please back up your data in advance)
  • Additional faults discovered during repair
  • Pre-existing or underlying issues not apparent at booking

9. Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of or recycle the item to cover costs incurred.

10. Data Protection & Privacy
All customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Use of Our Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose. We may make changes or updates to the website at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law
