Edinburgh & Glasgow Repairs (CRM Partner Areas)

As part of our partnership with ComputerRepairMan.co.uk, we offer free collection and return delivery in:

  • Edinburgh
  • Glasgow
  • Livingston
  • Bathgate
  • Surrounding Central Belt towns

This service is fully insured, handled directly by Dead or Alive Technology staff, and includes free diagnostics for all CRM enquiries.

Nationwide Repairs – Mainland UK

For customers across England, Wales, Northern Ireland, or outside the Central Belt of Scotland, we offer secure mail-in repair services with tracked and insured couriers.

Parts, Upgrades & Custom PCs – Component Delivery

We work closely with Target Components & Spire Technology, one of the UK’s largest IT distributors, for fast and efficient hardware shipping.

Standard Component Orders

  • SSDs, RAM, PSUs, cables, motherboards, etc.

  • Delivered via DPD or DHL

  • Dispatched next working day

Delivery Fee: From £6.95 + VAT
ETA: 1–3 Working Days
Insurance: Included

Custom PC Builds or Bulk Orders

  • Professionally assembled in our workshop

  • Delivered via DPD or pallet courier depending on size

Fee: Quoted based on weight, dimensions & postcode
ETA: 2–5 Working Days
Packaging: Foam-shielded, anti-static packaging

All delivery fees are charged at cost, and we never mark up shipping prices.

Failed Deliveries, Redelivery & Missed Collections

We understand that life gets busy. If you miss a courier delivery or forget your arranged collection:

  • You will receive a notification via SMS/email with options to reschedule

  • Missed collections may be rescheduled at no additional cost (local only)

  • Nationwide redelivery charges will depend on the courier’s fee structure

Please notify us as soon as possible if your availability changes—especially for courier collections.
